Beginning at age 18, after being appointed the youngest Chief Union Steward for the Plastics Workers Union, Mr. Boguslaw has been teaching organizations how to function and manage change effectively. He has managed a Leadership Development Institute, created continuous improvement strategies, implemented key performance indicator systems, and implemented culture change interventions at Fortune 100 companies. Clients including Exelon and Johnson & Johnson have benefited from his skills as a creative change agent, an experiential teacher, and an executive coach. Casey has worked on change management interventions with McKinsey, Accenture, Mercer and Senn-Delaney. Clients, and his students, describe him as passionate and engaging, inspiring and impactfull.

His recent graduation from the acclaimed Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s Organization Systems & Development Program has honed his skills and focused his passion of helping organizations become healthy, vibrant, and effective. His strategy is an empowerment / team oriented / stakeholder focused approach, resulting in organizations becoming aware of their blind spots.

A unique blended educational background, he has earned an MBA, specializing in Operations Management, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Change Management Certificate from Benedictine University, where as Adjunct Faculty, teaches Group Dynamics and Conflict Management in their Organization Development Masters Degree Program. He is also responsible for the Leadership and Organization Development element of their Scholars Program.

Casey is a Registered Organization Development Professional of the Organization Development Institute, a member of the Mankind Project, and a volunteer for the global organization, Play for Peace. Locally, he is instrumental in staging the bi-annual spiritual retreat for the unemployed, Finding Work Without Losing Heart. He is currently enrolled in the Institute of Spiritual Companionship in Joliet, Illinois. Casey is currently researching the relationship of creativity and Emotional Intelligence in terms of one’s leadership potential; this effort will culminate in the creation of a workshop entitled, The Power of Vulnerability.
