For over two decades, acclaimed author, consultant, and award-winning speaker, Bill Jason O'Mara is a pioneer in the personal growth movement is considered one of America's most gifted teachers on Leadership and Spirituality at Work.

O'Mara is President of Corporate Shaman Way International, director of the Alpha Group (a consortium of organizational consultants in Southern California) and a former adjunct staff member with the Center for Creative Leadership (Leadership, Coaching and Team Building).

Over the past 15 years, O'Mara has mentored managers from organizations such as IBM, AT&T, Met Life, Merck, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Nissan, and has delivered keynote addresses to many of the most prestigious organizations in the country. His work experience centers on Leadership, Team Effectiveness, Communication, Peak Performance, and Emotional Intelligence. His background also includes many years as the Director of Training for the "Power to Influence" sales courses in New York. O'Mara is also a Holistic Health teacher, Reiki master and Shamanic healer.

O'Mara has an advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Spiritual Studies (MS, PhD) with certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Holistic Health and Wellness. He is also certified as a Feedback Specialist and Executive Coach from the Center for Creative Leadership.

O'Mara's ancestry includes family of Native American decent. He trained under renowned Pueblo shaman, Speaking Wind resulting in his latest book, "The Way of the Corporate Shaman." This book details how to gain and maintain peak performance in the workplace and is considered a breakthrough on unleashing spirit in the workplace.

His book, "The Godspell Solution" is considered a modern day philosophical classic.

Combining his academic background and professional expertise with his personal experience as a martial artist, shamanic practioner, coach and athlete, O'Mara has developed a unique approach as a Corporate Shaman, an organizational development consultant and life educator.
